Its close to Dambulla, Sigiriya and Polonaruwa. We Are driving with pur own Car, the Location is easy to find, Car parking is inside the Area. The private area is Safe with a fence arround. “This property is in the middle of nowhere so there it comes the magic. I can’t complain about slow and poor wifi or power issues since this isn’t a hotel but a home stay. The family hosting is among the best people you could ever meet, very attentive with guests and providing an excellent service and serving a tasty land grown food. We really enjoyed our time there, certainly a place to disconnect in the middle of the island ”

“Property is not found at 53 Riverside Road, Matale. Given phone is switched off but he answered on the previous day and asked us to come. According to him weather was ok but weather was terreble and came back home because no place to stay at the night. I had to block my card as well. The worst experience I have ever had. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“We were extremely pleased with our stay at Pura Sanda Villa. We were a party of five adults (mostly women) and two young kids and we stayed for 4 nights. Our hosts were friendly, loving, attentive and respectful. The matron/owner Dissanayaka cooked breakfast and dinner at our request (for which we paid separately) and her dinner curries were the best we ate in Sri Lanka. The location was very close to Sigiriya Rock (about a 15 - 20 minute drive). The property was about 100 meters off the……

“We werden vriendelijk ontvangen, bagage werd voor ons naar boven gebracht en we kregen informatie over ontbijt en diner opties. Omdat we nog een bezoek aan de tempel of tooth wilde brengen werd meteen een tuktuk geregeld. Nala, de eigenaar, kon ons ook voor een heel redelijk bedrag de volgende ochtend met zijn auto naar ons volgende verblijf brengen. Na een goede nacht in de rustige buurt hadden we een lekker ontbijt op het dakterras met mooi uitzicht over het meer en de bergen. Tijdens de rit……

“The property is in the lap of nature surrounded by fruiting plants and peacocks. It's an excellent getaway from the hustle of fast-paced city life. The best part was the host who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. As we arrived, he plucked fresh passion fruits from his garden and made juice for us. For lunch, he arranged delicious home-cooked Sri Lankan food. For dinner, we requested grilled chicken and he arranged that as well at reasonable price. He also arranged a safari driver……
