“Clean room absolutely loved it”

“Rooms were clean. Everyone was polite. Only real drawback is the beach is not nice”

“The room had a few roaches, floor and shower were dirty and kitchen appliances were dirty too. We could not use the kitchen, our main reason to stay here. We will not be back.”

“This was a very nice stay with an excellent cleaning staff and a customer service phone staff that helped me get checked in. Checking in was a horror story as I do not have a smart phone and did not have internet available as I was travelling. NO WHERE in the emails I received at home indicated that I needed a smart phone to check-in. The reservation was made and paid in full (for a stay on 11 May 2026) in Dec 2025. The property was spectacular in every way, but the check in experience……

“Cons: You have to sign out a hair dryer or ironing board and they didn’t have them available on the first day because they were signed out by others. The bed frame is very flimsy and made noise whenever you moved around in bed. Pros: Good for the price. Clean. Easy parking. Locked lobby after hours.”

“Rooms very clean. Only set back my room had no desk. And there was one electric connection where the coffee machine was, but where do you connect the blower? So you have to do your hair at the same place as your coffee area. Not a good suggestion.”
