「My family really enjoyed our stay at Tides Folly Beach hotel. The staff were very friendly at check-in and even enabled us to check in much earlier than the 4pm stated check-in time. During our stay, the staff we encountered were all super friendly and helpful. When we had a minor issue with the toilet in our room, they sent up a plumber to address the problem right away.
