“Very clean. Pool heatpump was impressive, very nice warm pool, better to be here then back home with snow. Dog enjoyed back yard, entertained by a regular squirrel. Host was responsive and pleasure to deal with. Would stay again, beds very comfortable. This was our 3rd VRBO rental and we brought alot of kitchen tools which were not needed here. We only used our large electric griddle for pancakes, rubber tongs and large pancake flipper. Kitchen had lots of plates, silverware, glasses, decent……

“We enjoyed our stay and do plan on returning to this home. This was our 2nd stay, and found this home to be perfect for our needs. Very comfortable, clean, and very quiet neighborhood.Did most our meals in the home, the kitchen had what we needed to create wonderful meals. It was actually very enjoyable cooking in the kitchen while watching the large TV, then being able to continue watching TV outside at the table in the screened in Lani poolside. A very enjoyable vacation looking forward to……

“Home looked like it wasn't cleaned. Pool was very dirty, grille was unusable, no extra linen or towels, rooms where very hot, bathroom was super outdated. Neighborhood didn't seem that safe. Owner had all these rules which was ridiculous, next time I would rent a condo by the beach. Not impressed at all.”

“This was honestly our favorite vacation rental we’ve stayed at. It had all of the amenities you’d need for a family stay. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our pups. The host was great. We weren’t crazy about the fact that there wasn’t a door for the toilet room in the master bedroom… but, we’d definitely stay again. Highly recommend!”

“Having never done anything like this, I was a bit nervous. I mean I could see the pictures and everything was as, advertised. Everything worked. I expected as much. What I didn't expect was the communication I had with the owner. From entry to exit and further through to my security deposit refund, the owner was right there with me. Any questions I had was happily answered. And if I did have a question, I never had to wait long to get a response. They were very accommodating. Thanks!”

“This rental was amazing it was one of the nicest places we've rented in Florida. Our dogs enjoyed the spacious yard and enjoyed our journeys in the area....dog friendly beaches and the loop in Ormond Beach. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals in house. “This was such a fantastic place. Perfect for our family and my Beloved's birthday. We loved the location, pool and the perfect setup of the house. Our only concern was the window in the kids room had been left open. As this is the responsibility of the guests to ensure everything is closed, we would think a kids room would get a special check from the cleaning or maintenance service. ”
