The single-level two bedrooms two bathrooms home features panoramic views of the golf course with the pool just around the corner. The bright living room features an oversized sliding glass door that brings ample natural light and provides easy access for indoor and outdoor living.

You have access to the entire home and it is not shared with any other guests. There is a guard gated entry with 24 hour security. Your names will be left at the front gate and will be given a parking pass for the duration of your stay. We have fully covered two cars garage and driveway. There is free street parking.
Monterey Country Club offers 27 holes of championship golf, 19 tennis and pickle ball courts, fitness center, and 37 community pools and spas. Conveniently located close to the El Paseo Shopping District, The Shops at Palm Desert & Acrisure Arena.
