This Mid-Century Tennis mini Estate is located in the heart of a Palm Desert.

The Palm Desert Mall is just a short 10 min walk and it is also just 1 mile from world class shopping, off of famous El Paseo.

This mid century home features;
- A private tennis court,
- Private sparkling salt water pebble tech pool,
- Four (4) bedrooms furnished with (4) Queen beds and (1) Cal king in the master bedroom.

Inside the home you can enjoy a fun game of table tennis or a game of pool. This home was recently renovated all kitchen appliances and furnishings are brand new to enjoy.

The private tennis court right in your backyard is the ultimate dream for tennis lovers! And when you get too hot after playing for hours you can jump right into the salt water pool.

Tennis & Paradise Dream
The tennis court makes the property. It was such a nice piece of our vacation that made planning much easier, especially given how hard it is to find court time around tennis focused event days. We could play tennis while others lounged by the pool - not a bad way to spend a vacation! The house slept a group of us without issue; note we had less than the suggested amount because we didn't want ppl sleeping on air mattresses! While we were worried about only having two bathrooms, it worked out just fine. While there were some things that were not ideal (no A/C in the bedroom off the kitchen, finite amount of silverware, and no kitchen towels), Lexi and her team were always very quick to accommodate as requested. I knew that if I mentioned something to her, it would immediately be handled. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely rent it again!

Fun New Years Getaway
Nice spot for a family trip. Great restaurants nearby. Quiet neighborhood. Tennis court and basketball court were awesome. Ping ping and pool table provided endless entertainment. All sorts of other fun and unique games throughout the house. Heated pool. House was well stocked. Thanks for having us!

Comfortable for Couples - and four children bed wise but could do with more toilets/bathrooms. Great fun with Ping Pong table and swimming pool. Good Kitchen and supplies. Adequate parking is a plus.

Good Property
Can’t complain. Had a group of 9. It was tight as no one shared a bed. I feel sleeping 12 is a bit of a stretch but would be great with 8-10 if shared beds. 2 beds are in spare room for laundry and one is in closet in main bedroom. It’s cozy and feels a bit tight but price is lower than others I’m sure. Location great and easy to rent from. Tennis court was fun but half the lights were out so was very tough to actually play at night. Would rent again with a smalller party for sure Thanks

Perfect for big group
Plenty of room and activities! Comfy beds and updated bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen. Great location near grocery stores and restaurants. We loved Mi Cultura, Peruvian place close by. Lexi was responsive and accommodating.
