Welcome to your peaceful desert escape in Downtown Palm Springs! This renovated, single-level corner condo offers stylish flair, modern comforts, and a quiet location within a lush, well-kept community.

The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, nightstands with built-in charging stations and LED lighting, a beautiful desk with a comfortable chair, and a spacious walk-in closet. The dedicated hallway bathroom, located just outside the bedroom, includes a walk-in shower, generous counter space, and stocked toiletries—conveniently positioned for privacy and easy access.
The second bedroom features two comfortable queen-size beds, a smart TV, private entrance, and en suite bath with tub/shower.

Enjoy two covered patios—one with mountain and greenbelt views, the other surrounded by greenery, perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks.

The fully stocked kitchen opens to a dining area that seats eight. The living room has a velvet sofa that converts into a queen bed, a sleeper reading chair, and a smart TV with cable and streaming.
