Treat our home as if it was your own and we'll be fine. But make sure to have fun, that's what it's here for! Here's the stuff we have to say: -This is not a party house, city noise ordinances STRICTLY ENFORCED. Outdoor music is PROHIBITED in the City of Palm Springs. The city enforces this and if they are called/ drive by, you face a $100 fine. -We have a strict occupancy maximum of 6 on the property AT ANY TIME. Should we find more have stayed, you will be charged $100/person per night and run the risk of *major* fines. -Per City of Palm Springs rules, only 3 cars may be on the property at anytime. (This includes the street in front of house!) Please carpool. - . Arrivals before 5:00 P.M. or after 11:00 A.M. (the check-in/check-out times), without prior written agreement from Native Travel and the additional payment is strictly prohibited. Any guest found to be occupying the premises after the 11:00 A.M. checkout time will incur an additional fee of $100 for each hour after 11:00 A.M. -Please return all furniture to where you found it, or you will be charged a resetting fee of $1000. -Minimum age requirement is 25 for renters, per the City of Palm Springs. - Party NOT allowed - No smoking indoors . If you smoke you're an adult - that's your decision - just kindly do not smoke in the house and avoid the fine and keep your deposit. - Surveillance or recording devices on property - Security cameras in outdoor areas only.T hey run 24/7 but are not monitored unless an issue arises. - $100 daily pool heating charge (actual energy costs) and if added must be ordered for the length of your stay as it takes one day to come up to temperature and we turn it on before your arrival. - No decorations that can damage the property (Confetti, Silly String, Glitter, the use of any of these will result in forfeiture of entire deposit. -No burning of candles or incense in the house or in the garage or anywhere on property. - Please do not sit on ANY indoor furniture in wet swim suits or with sunscreen on. - No glass by the pool area!!! For your safety and others. - If anything breaks please notify me! - All windows and doors are left locked, and electrical devices, lights, and thermostat are turned off upon - We are not responsible for any personal items left behind, lost or stolen. Failure to comply can result in the loss of security deposit, immediate eviction from property, and possible other incurred charges by the city. Palm Springs has implemented a new ordinance for Vacation Rentals in the city and a whole new staff to enforce these. They are very strict when it comes to the amount of people staying at a property, loud noise violations now incur steep fines, and the possibility of immediate evictions. You are responsible not only for the fines you incur but also the fines the owner or property incurs for each incident. Please make yourself aware of this ordinance online. - Relax and enjoy yourselves!

Dreamy stay in Palm Springs

Beautiful property, couldn’t fault anything, stylish decoration, immaculately clean and a wonderful pool and hot tub area. Good location, 10 minute drive to aerial tramway and 10 minutes to downtown. Very quiet area, comfortable beds, great nights sleep.

House was in excellent condition and was just as depicted in the promotional pictures. Host responded quickly...no issues at all. Would definitely recommend! Easy access to downtown Palm Springs and attractions in the area. If traveling to Palm Springs we would definitely stay in this VRBO house again!

Well Appointed Desert Oasis

This property is the one to stay at if you’re looking for a desert retreat. The pool was fantastic, the interior of the home is well appointed and properly maintained. My family had a great time and we lacked nothing. The communication from beginning to end was on point. Would definitely book again!

BEAUTIFUL HOME

The moment we walked in my girls squealed with delight because of how beautiful, clean and "cool" the home is. The backyard is perfect and the spa was able to be heated fairly quickly so we could hop in even though we arrived at a later time in the evening. Communication was quick and prompt and we will definitely be coming back. Location was perfect, close to downtown. No complaints other than it would be nice if check-in was 3 or 4 rather than 5.

Fantastic Pool and Spa

We loved our stay. The home was clean and comfortable and outdoor amenities were perfect for our family of four. Home lacks a few kitchen essentials (no measuring cups, spoons or baking sheets), so not ideal if you are planning to dine in. That said, the space is well appointed as pictured and has a location convenient to local shops, restaurants and hiking.

Great property for a golf weekend!

Very nice house, which was perfect for a Golf weekend. Loved the look of the pool but too cold to use. Next time! Alexa was quick to respond to questions.

Great property for relaxing in sun

Clean & tidy house with good bathrooms. Peaceful neighbourhood. Great place for relaxing time. Could do with some additional glassware and lack of wardrobe space in main bedroom but generally very good property for a holiday in the sunshine. Owner vey quick to respond to questions and very helpful.

Tennis Paradise

Excellent communication with owner who made our stay a delight! Pool/spa super clean and perfect size. Daily pool heat charge seemed a bit expensive, but well worth the price given the weather. Furnishings in the home are lovely, modern and minimalist, and the DeLonghi coffee maker was a real plus! Close to PSP airport and downtown restaurants, and easy access to I-10 for quick drive to Indian Wells for tennis tournament. Wonderful stay & we'll be back!

summer getaway

We were impressed by this property - very clean, secure and well air conditioned. We primarily went to hang out by the pool. Initially, we were a bit disappointed because the pool didn't look Olympic-sized, and yet when we were in it, it felt big enough. We would recommend bringing your own tubes because when the sun sets, it makes lounging in the water delightful. There's plenty of lounge chairs outdoors and a big umbrella that offers refuge from the blistering heat. The host was very responsive prior to the trip, and we didn't feel the need to communicate during our stay because everything was clearly stated beforehand, which was greatly appreciated. Also, we were not required to do any extra cleanup at the end. Will definitely be coming back.

Great property and great location

The property is just perfect. Everything was clean and the property is just as pictured. We did plan on making a meal so I was concerned based on another review saying the kitchen was bare, but the essentials are there, which was great. The spa hearts up quickly and is just right to relax and watch the night sky. Downtown Palm Springs is very close and easy to get to. Alexa was easy to reach and quick to respond. We will definitely be back!

Clean and new.

Loved how clean the place was. Yard and outdoor space is great. It does get a lot of sun though all day, and there is not a ton of shade options, so be sure to pack sunscreen! Kitchen and bathrooms are really nice, good water pressure. Would stay there again for sure! Owners are very communicative.
