30-Night Minimum Rental
Experience luxurious living in this 2,289 sq ft, 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom two-story condo in Palm Springs. Located in the exclusive Canyon West Estates, this gem is nestled in the tranquil Canyon Corridor at the south end of Palm Springs, just a short walk from vibrant shops and restaurants.

This ideally situated unit offers stunning views of the tennis courts and pool area right from your backyard. Inside, both en-suite bedrooms are located upstairs, providing a private oasis, while a convenient half bath is downstairs. Additionally, there's a versatile living space downstairs with a Murphy bed, perfect for accommodating guests.

The condo boasts tasteful decor and features something for everyone, including a stand piano for music enthusiasts. Enjoy a large, fully stocked kitchen perfect for culinary adventures, and relax in multiple lounging areas both indoors and out. Additional highlights include a 2-car garage with an EV charger to protect your car from the heat, a balcony with breathtaking views, and a patio surrounded by mature landscaping and trees.

Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays between June 1st and September 31st, a $500/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat.

-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
-Due to this being in a gated community, you will need to stop by an automated lockbox in downtown Palm Springs to retrieve community access cards.
-City Ordinance requires guests submit a government-issued ID to Ryson prior to you accessing the rental property.

The Ramirez Way condo was all that the pictures promised.

Easy and prompt communication with property manager before arriving. No problems during our stay. We love the neighborhood. Very nice pool. Good walking neighborhood. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. It was all around A+.
