City regulations

This property is quite old without many updates. The location is good, quiet and central. It's easy to get to local golf courses. Location in Palm Springs city is a negative because of nuisance city regulations. They want you to send a copy of your drivers license to be kept in city files forever just to stay in Palm Springs. Perfect for ID theft. I will stay in Palm Desert or LaQuinta or Indio in the future because of this.

What a Disappointment!

Good neighborhood and clean. Those are the only good things I can say. We rented this unit because it had a recliner that my partner needs to sleep. It was gone when we arrived. The property managers made one attempt to rectify the situation and then forgot about us. The place is very old. Even things as simple as hangers were almost non existent. Just not a place you want to stay on a holiday.
