The walled courtyard invites privacy with a covered cafe table, fountain, and a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. The backyard offers plenty of shade under the umbrellas, comfortable patio seating, and lounge chairs for soaking up the sun! Enjoy the privacy and beautiful views this home provides year-round!



INDOORS

This home features a comfortable living room with a fireplace and a large-screen TV perfect for a movie night with family and friends! The dining room seats four (with an expandable leaf to 6 seats) and opens to the backyard pool. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and everything you need for entertaining! Seating next to the fireplace is perfect for reading a book or enjoying a glass of wine. There is also a desk for those who work remotely. The home is well-equipped with charging plugs for all your electronics.



SLEEPING QUARTERS

The en suite primary bedroom features a queen bed, a walk-in closet, and a large-screen TV. The main bath has a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a closet, and a TV. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower. The home has such conveniences as a safe, luggage racks, hangers, indoor and outdoor blankets, beach towels, and pool toys for your enjoyment and use. The home is also equipped with a pack-n-play and accessories as well as a booster seat to accommodate toddler-age guests.



POOL/SPA

Optional pool and spa heat is available for $65 nightly or $345 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended from October through May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated to a comfortable 86 degrees upon your arrival. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, and September)
