The apartment complex was very clean and I felt safe being there alone. Nice pool and hot tubs. The tennis court and PB court were really nice, however, nobody played the entire time I was there. So, unless you bring players; dont expect to play. The apartment was clean and very well stocked. Two negatives regarding the apartment...the TV volume appeared to be set and not changeable so it was hard to hear the TV with the air conditioning running. The air conditioner was also pre-set at 76 degrees so the apartment was rather warm for me. The living room had a fan to move air but the bedroom does not. I need to sleep cooler so it was a bit uncomfortable. The worse part of this getaway was having to deal with Vacasa instead of the owner, ect. Vacasa chose to send emails instead of text messages. Who is constantly checking emails?? I was told by multiple people, no early check in then they sent emails stating I could check in early. You'd think they'd send a text message stating they sent an email!! They were terrible about returning phone calls. It'd go to voice message. Took me an hour to get inside the apartment one I was there. Way too complicated and difficult to get a hold of Vacasa personnel. I will use VRBO again but NOT if it's attached to Vacasa
