It's a wonderful outdoor entertainment space. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a great mix of sleeping accommodations, it will suit almost every group that's looking for relaxation! The bright living room features modern furniture, pops of color, two couches, and a large smart TV to enjoy all your subscription based streaming services on. You'll find plenty of entertainment outside and inside with friends and family at Palm Springs Hidden Gem. Delight in the open floor plan as the living room flows seamlessly to the dining table and kitchen area.

The dining area comfortably seats up to 6 and offers large sliders with wonderful views of the backyard as the brand-new majestic saltwater pool glistens in the backdrop. Lots of seamless indoor-outdoor entertaining with the addition of these large glass sliders; as the outdoor BBQ grill will keep you and your guests entertained as the twinkle lights create a lovely evening ambiance.

The cook's kitchen has expansive counters, a gas range, and a side-by-side refrigerator to stock all your fresh and frozen goods. The kitchen is also well-stocked with dishes, glasses, and smaller appliances you're sure to enjoy during your vacation! There are plenty of everyday dishes and even outdoor dinnerware for poolside entertaining.

The sleeping quarters offer comfortable beds and accented artwork that promotes a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The primary suite offers an en-suite bathroom, television, and a glass slider that offers quick access to the backyard (and a romantic) opportunity to enjoy the pool and spa after others have called it a night. The glamorous king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, ceiling fan, and smart TV make this bedroom a great retreat. All bedrooms have carpeted floors, ceiling fans, dual-paned windows, and access to fast Wi-Fi.

The two guest rooms share a hallway bath with a step-in shower. Guest room 1 offers a Queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, can lights, and a closet. Guest room 2 offers a Queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, smart television, and a closet. All three bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone to have a relaxing getaway.

Outside, the living is easy with a comfy, couch/sofa seating area. Multiple tanning and lounging areas around the brand-new saltwater pool with easy to open, an offset umbrella allows you to soak up as much sun or enjoy as much shade as you want. Fire up the grill for a BBQ lunch/dinner while others enjoy a friendly game of ping-pong under the brilliant desert sky.

The pool area offers a suntan ledge, with two water lounge chairs that are situated perfectly under the in pool umbrella – it's the perfect spot to cool off in the water and enjoy your favorite beverage. Turn on the special pool water feature and play underneath the arching waterfalls as they shoot out from the pool creating an excellent addition when playing in the pool.
At night, enjoy gathering around the fire pit that sits alongside the artificial grass yard, swim in the LED-lit pool or de-stress in the large built-in spa while taking in the stunning night sky and desert stars.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $69 nightly or $345 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
