House keeping is not daily and you have to fill out a form the day prior; not a deal breaker. The staff is hit or miss, some of them have this “why are you asking” attitude, while some are ok. If you minimize interaction with the staff you will have a good stay. Location is great of course, right across the street from the train/subway/rail/airport subway station

Clean and tidy room. WiFi connection is stable. You need to ring the service desk for most of the services but the staff response quick. You have to visit the front desk for water or laundry. Convenience store is two minutes walk from the building and there are plenty of restaurants around the area. It is also very close to metro station and the underground shopping area.

We had an amazing stay here. It was last minute and we wanted to stay close to Taipei main station and this ended up being the perfect hotel for us. They have happy hour everyday serving tea and light foods from 2-4pm. They also have a snack area that is open 24/7. The room was incredibly clean and spacious and the showers were great! Would love to stay here again.

The room is very spacious and clean. The location is in the center of Taipei city with transportations around. It's a good choice for business trip or longer stay as they have laundry room for use. They don't offer breakfast but restaurants, shop, convenience stores near by.

The room was spacious and comfortable. There are some breakfast restaurant and noodle place in walking distance. It’s close to the Taipe station and only one station away from Zhongshan district. I wish they could let us check in early (red-eye flight) even with charge and there was breakfast at the hotel. Overall, it’s ok.

It was such a kid friendly hotel. There are complimentary snacks 24/7. Kids play space was also super convenient for the adults if we needed a break. The location was a gem with shopping and trains right downstairs.

This hotel is conveniently located with the Taipei Main Station just right across. There are many stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel offers free snacks, coffee, tea and water. It also offers transport to and from the airport for a fee. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and convenience.
