「The room itself was new and clean as the hotel looks to have been renovated very recently. The problems began when I noticed another name for the hotel which confused me. When I got to the floor, two other guests were having issues checking in. The machine wasn't recognizing our booking numbers and one guest spent most of his time on the phone with customer service trying to help us all out. I was told I was given one room, but then another guest checked into that room. After another call...
