This second floor, retro-modern Palm Springs Biarritz condo is located right in downtown Palm Springs. You can pretty much walk to dozens of shops, restaurants, art galleries and more. Inspired by Palm Springs' mid-century modern past, but designed for the present, this one bedroom condominium is located in downtown Palm Springs and is walking distance to shops, nightclubs, the Spa Resort Casino, upscale restaurants and all that Palm Springs has to offer.

This vacation rental features wood floors throughout the main living area, a well equipped kitchen, three sets of sliding glass doors for maximum sun exposure and a 7' x 20' covered patio with spectacular mountain views. The bedroom features a King size bed, two retro wood nightstands, a 5 drawer dresser, 32'' TV, blackout drapes, large closet and sliding glass door to the patio. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower.

The main living area has a dining room with table and four chairs that sit under a chic chrome light fixture. The living room has a comfortable chaise sectional with an updated retro look, 50'' TV, record player with collection of 1950's and 1960's records and a refurbished mid century radio that's been updated to play your favorite digital music .

The kitchen has everything you'll need, and then some, to cook a great meal in Palm Springs retro style. All appliances look vintage on the outside, with cool metallic handles and knobs, but are brand new thanks to the Artistry series from GE. They even have the old General Electric logo and writing on them. There is both a drip and a Keurig coffee maker.

The 7' x 20' covered patio has a table with four chairs and some of the best mountain views in the city. This Palm Springs vacation rental provides guests with the quintessential Palm Springs experience: mountain views, Pool and Spas, Mid Century modern style and a downtown Palm Springs location.

Great Location!

Clean and quiet condo and grounds. The condo is well-stocked with most items you need. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to Palm Canyon Drive. Check-in was easy, and Kenny provided quick tour of the condo.

Wonderful place

With a fantastic location, this beautiful condo makes a great place for a Palm Springs getaway. The pool area is very nice and the grounds are well maintained. I hope to return for a stay here again.

This condo was great to rent as it is walking distance to downtown Palm Springs. Gates to properties and parking are locked so very safe. The condo is a perfect size for a couple and the host was excellent to deal with. We would highly recommend this condo.

Great place for a quick getaway!

This was our first visit to Palm Springs and this property worked perfectly for us. Walking distance to downtown, which was so nice! Kenny is an awesome host with great communication. He met with us for check-in, which was much appreciated. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

We just returned home after spending five days at Kenny's downtown condo. All in all a great stay in a very comfortable and well located spot within walking distance into downtown Palm Springs. No negatives, all positives. Highly recommended.

Well-appointed condo in a great location!

Beautifully decorated condo close to the heart of Palm Springs. Well thought-out and inspiring design. The condo complex was lovely and the pool & parking were top-notch and secure. Palm Springs Comfort

The condo is nicely decorated with tastefully colorful art and furnishings, including a 4 foot Shag numbered print. It was comfortable to live in for several days and listed in an area with easy access to Palm Canyon Drive. It's quiet and peaceful with a nice view of the area foothills from the large balcony.

Location and charm

Amazing location and bright, cute space! I was offered a free early check in, which I could not use, and got a free late checkout. Mattress seemed uncomfortable, I ended up putting a fluffy blanket under the bottom sheet as a DIY mattress topper, which worked well enough. I enjoyed dining on the balcony in the cool night air. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

I have stayed at this property and I like the close proximity to downtown. The complex is well maintained, the pool is a really nice setup with 2 hot tubs. Kenny's condo was impeccably clean and really swank. Loved the view and amenities provided. Unfortunately, I got food poisoning from local restaurant, and I was unable to fully enjoy PS for NYE - but I would DEF come back to this rental.

Decent place for the money.

The direct view onto a less than attractive apartment complex with overflowing dumpster area wasn’t super appealing, but as other reviewers stated, the overall location is central and the view onto Mount San Jacinto to the left is beautiful. Otherwise, AC worked well, and the kitchen was well equipped since we like to cook our own meals. Place is a little lived in, but OK for a few days for the money.

Spacious, comfortable condo

I really loved this space. The bed, furniture, and appliances are very good quality. Plenty of space for a couple or single. Very good privacy and a quiet complex. It is a short walk to downtown, but I would second reviews that point out that the walk is a little uneasy to take alone at night. If you choose to stay alone and walk, understand that you will feel off the beaten path. I was fine with it, and would definitely stay again!
