Oasis in the desert

Beautiful and comfortable home in a great location. We enjoyed the spacious home and it’s so nice that each bedroom has their own private bath. It was very clean and had so many nice amenities including the pool and spa. I would definitely stay here again when in Palm Springs.

Royal Escape in Palm Springs

The house is fantastic! We felt very much at home, and it was a great feeling to be there. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, the house interior has nice decorative art, new floors, kitchen, rooms are comfortable, and it felt like a home away from home! The location is great and close enough to drive to the grocery store or the popular tourist attractions. A welcome vacation and a wonderful experience. We look forward to visiting again in the near future!

Great House & Great Location

The house has a lovely contemporary, spacious and comfortable feel. It was also spotlessly clean, the kitchen well equipped and very organized. It was especially nice to be so close to Ruth Hardy Park and an easy walk to downtown. Having a garage and gated, enclosed yard was a definite plus. We've rented Acme Houses before and have always had an excellent experience--this was no exception. We look forward to our 2025 annual winter visit and another Acme rental.

Royal Escape Stay - Jan 3rd 2024

This was a lovely home. It was very clean. I liked that the primary bedroom is separated from the other two bedrooms and we enjoyed the pool very much. The property management company was helpful and communicative - they responded immediately when I texted questions and were very friendly. (Seriously the best experience I've had with a management company.) The only issue we had was when we initially arrived we had some trouble getting into the property because the entry codes were slightly mislabeled in the check-in information, but I let the management company know so that they can fix that for future tenants.

First Guests for this property

Because we were the first guests, there were some initial concerns. Acme was very responsive and quick to solve the issues. I would rent a house from Acme again just for their responsiveness. We had a great time and loved sitting by the pool looking at the mountains - coffee in the am drinks at night.
