Perfect stay

Nice little splash pad

My wife and I stayed here for a three-day vacation of hiking and lounging by the pool. The house was equipped with everything we needed as was the pool area which offered a nice gas fire pit for the cooler spring nights in addition to the pool and hot tub. It would have been nice to be within a short walk of the downtown area, but that was a minor drawback.

Girls’ Getaway at Splash Pad PS

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: convenient location to all amenities, good sized kitchen for meal prep and butcher block island, pool, layout/bed and bath configuration, mid century modern, keyless entry, breathtaking views, helpful rental agency staff (Tiffany), and the house book was super helpful!Cons: the wind (it’s just the area of town and nothing anyone can do about it) 😊. When the wind blows there is a crazy banging sound in one of the bedrooms along the roofline and the house needs a little “attention” but just know you are staying in a mid century modern home and not a house built in 2024. Overall wonderful stay at Splash Pad PS.

Great stay

Only drawbacks were the noise from the planes and the shower in the main bedroom was not strong. Otherwise a wonderful place to stay.

Palm Springs Getaway

Above and beyond what was expected. Great location, everything so close. Beautiful home, well stocked, and amazing mountain views from private pool area. Even though in a nice subdivision, you couldn’t see any of the other houses from the pool area. All the decor and art made you feel like you had stepped back in time, but still had all the modern amenities. Would definitely recommend!

North Palm Springs getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property description of this cute and comfortable home was very accurate and there were no surprises. The house was clean upon arrival and the amenities were more than adequate. For those who like to cook, the kitchen is well equipped and well stocked. This was our third stay with Altamira and we continue to be very impressed with the management customer service. When we arrived there was an issue with the toilets and outdoor lighting and the response time from Altamira was excellent. I had barely gotten off the phone with them and someone showed up right away to deal with remedying the situation. Travelers unfamiliar with the North PS area should be aware that at certain times of the year it can be quite windy as was the case for our visit. In addition there is very little shaded area outside around the pool. That said we would recommend this property and we would stay there again.

Love this place!

This place was such a hit with our family, the house, the outdoor space, the location, all 10/10! Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend. The only complaint would be the beds, they are rough! We are all sad to leave this amazing house but happy to get back to comfortable beds!

Spring Break

The house is lovely and very comfortable. But, the noise from the airplanes flying overhead is tough to ignore. They start taking off from the airport, which is 10 minutes away, at 5:30 a.m. So, there is no sleeping in. Otherwise, the house is great. The view is really stunning and the artwork is amazing.

Splash Pad

We were happy to stay in a quintessential mid-century home in Palm Springs. The architecture didn’t disappoint and the pool was a wonderful amenity. The neighborhood was nice and it was very peaceful and quiet. The big disappointment was the condition and cleanliness of the property. The updates were showing their age and the entire home was in desperate need of a deep cleaning and some general maintanence.

Fun Girls Weekend Away

The house is compact but we did not spend much time inside. The neighborhood is safe and we walked around. Not many sidewalks, but we stayed to the side streets. The kitchen pantry was stocked and you had anything you needed for cooking - plates, silverware, glasses & cookware. Nice grill in the back.

The house was tastefully decorated, very clean, the beds were comfortable, and well stocked. The yard had a few different zones and the photos don't do it justice...the view was spectacular and we enjoyed the pool and spa (even though it was in the 60's). We hope to visit again!

Palm Springs Getaway

Great, clean house with a fun pool and lots of outside space. We enjoyed ourselves despite the heat. AC worked well and pool was refreshing! An additional umbrella or shade and usable patio table would have made the outdoors perfect.

Great all around

We experienced high winds and excessive heat all weekend in the dez. But this place was a perfect place to retreat, relax and swim to beat the elements. Highly recommend.

Perfect family vacation with teens!

This house is perfect for a vacation with teenagers. The pool and outdoor seating areas are fantastic and there’s enough room in the house for everyone to have their own space. We can’t wait to come back!

Clean and simple property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was kept clean and had all of the basic amenities. It is in a great location with lots of privacy and quiet neighbors. Other than the art, there were no extra frills, but we were very happy with how well stocked the pool towels were and it was very easy to transition from outside to inside relaxation. The house instructions were easy to follow and we had no issues. We were very confused by the required insurance for this home (and a large damage deposit) as there is really not much to damage or destroy and things were not particularly meticulous when it came to the condition of the house itself.
