Fairways condo

Large, clean, well supplied kitchen, linens, etc.However, the photos imply there is a garage when there is not - that has been turned into a room which does not appear in the photos. The second car has to park in front of the garage door on an incline.There is no manual for tv, appliances, hoa rules. No means of allowing visitors access through the main gate was provided - it took a week to obtain this. No mail box key was provided despite assurances that we would receive one - we were there for 7 weeks and never got one.Servicemen were given access to the condo for an entire day without our knowledge or permission, and power was turned off that day. Several other service appointments were scheduled but no one showed up.We spent an inordinate amount of our vacation dealing with these issues and for the most part received terrible service from the rental agent.We did receive a partial refund though not the amount we requested.
