From the sun hats in our room to the sun cream on the roof terrace, everything had been thought through to ensure a very easy, restful stay. On our first night, we were woken at 11:30pm by room service delivering an order we had not placed, as they had mixed up the room numbers. When we raised this with the front desk the following morning, very little action was taken beyond a brief apology. The rooms also lacked the level of comfort and quiet you would expect at this price point. The doors felt thin and offered very little……
