We had a very enjoyable stay. The villa was clean and comfortable, perfect for large groups. The location is a 20 minute walk to Arenal beach and 15 minutes in a taxi to Palma. Es Pil-lari is a nice small village with a shop, bar and deli. Would recommend to others. -

Für den Preis ist die Villa also wirklich gut!

Die Unterkunft an sich ist wirklich super. Die Villa ist riesig. Man hat große Schlaf- und Badezimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche (d.h. Geschirr, Gewürze, Pfannen etc.). Wir waren zu acht da und hatten wirklich ausreichend Platz. Sogar im Wohnzimmer ist eine Couch, auf der es sich gemütlich schlafen lässt. Die Außenanlage ist ebenfalls riesig und damit für große Gruppen sehr gut geeignet. Man hat sogar einen Grill und Bierbänke, sodass man es sich draußen gemütlich machen kann. Der Außenpool ist ebenfalls sauber und angenehm warm. Die Villa ist etwa 25 Gehminuten vom Ballermann und ca. eine halbe Stunde vom Strand entfernt, was ganz in Ordnung war (ein wenig Sport schadet ja nicht :) ). Die Lage ist somit auch ganz in Ordnung. Man hat nach rechts eine nette Nachbarin und nach links nur Feld, da man "am Ende der Straße" wohnt. Für den Preis ist die Villa also wirklich gut! -teilweise müffeliger Geruch im Badezimmer -In dem Badezimmer, welches im großen Schlafzimmer inkludiert ist, ist das Wasser leider während dem Duschen unten aus der Badewanne gelaufen, sodass man nach dem Duschen immer in einer riesigen Pfütze stand. -Was uns aber leider besonders negativ aufgefallen ist, ist der Service. Wir haben nie direkt Kontakt zu dem Vermieter gehabt. Die Kommunikation verlief über WhatsApp mit dem Unternehmen. Die Handtücher wurden leider nie gewechselt. Das was uns am meisten gestört hat, war aber der Service nachdem bei uns eingebrochen wurde! Deshalb eine ausdrücklich große Warnung: IMMER ALLE TÜREN ABSPERREN - UNDZWAR WIRKLICH ALLE (auch die im 2. Stock, wo es auf den Balkon geht!!!). Hier ist bei uns nachts, während wir geschlafen haben, leider ein Einbrecher eingestiegen! Wir hatten riesiges Glück, dass einer von uns wach wurde und den Einbrecher verschreckt hat. Der Einbrecher hat ein riesiges Loch in den Zaun geschnitten, um über das Feld auf das Grundstück zu gelangen. Deshalb haben wir das Unternehmen über WhatsApp kontaktiert. Leider kam nicht wirklich viel Verständnis (es wurde wohl zuvor schon einmal eingebrochen). Zum Reparieren des kaputten Zaunes wurde erst auf ZWEIMALIGE Anfrage jemand geschickt. Wir mussten eine GANZE Nacht mit einem Loch im Zaun schlafen!!! -Stromausfall am letzten Tag -Kaution wurde nicht vollständig zurückerstattet, da wir wohl zu viel Strom verbraucht hatten (fehlende Transparenz, somit nicht nachvollziehbar)

Mal wieder einen super Urlaub gehabt

Sowohl die Unterkunft als auch die Lage des Objekts haben uns super gefallen. Der Check-In und Check out war auch unkompliziert und schnell erledigt. Sogar ein früher Check In, um 8 Uhr morgen, war möglich. Alles in allem würden wir -5 Freunde- jederzeit wieder kommen. -

Geweldige villa met een enorme tuin waar je je prima in kunt vertoeven. In 5 minuten zit je met de taxi op de strip dus de locatie is ook echt ideaal. Goede uitleg gekregen van de verhuurder over winkeltjes in de buurt, kortom helemaal top Een paar prachtige herinneringen gemaakt. -

Het was een geweldige accommodatie om in te verblijven! Ook als we iets nodig hadden stonden ze 24/7 klaar voor ons via het noodnummer. We hebben er heel hard van genoten! Het enige jammere was dat 1 airco op een slaapkamer niet werkte en dat er soms ongedierten rondliepen, maar dat zou opgelost kunnen worden met bestrijders om in de stopcontacten te steken. Voor de rest een top verblijf en een top host! -

Eine absolut empfehlenswerte Villa! Wir, eine Gruppe von 8 Personen im Alter von 17 - 22 Jahren, hatten einen perfekten Urlaub: Die sehr geräumige Villa mit einer wirklich riesigen Außenanlage mit Obstbäumen und einem schönen Pool lässt an Nichts fehlen Es gab sogar einen kühlen Willkommenstrunk :D. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber läuft einwandfrei. Die Lage der Villa ermöglicht zum Einen Ruhe, zum Anderen aber auch ein gewisses Maß an Freiheit, um sich auszutoben D Zum Ballermann 6 muss man allerdings eine halbe Stunde Fußmarsch rechnen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! -

Incredible house

The hous is incredibly huge! We felt like kings. There is plenty of space where we could hang out and spend time together. Due to the distance to the beach we rented bikes, which added 7€/ day on the cost of our stay. But if you have a cara bike this villa is amazing. No noises at nighteven during the day make it easy to get a good rest.
