Desde que llegamos tuvimos varios inconvenientes. No es de fácil acceso si tienes coche y no tiene estacionamiento, el colchón del sofá cama muy malo y no tenía sábanas, las almohadas sucias. No teníamos toallas suficientes ni papel de baño. Lo peor fue el aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente, el cual arreglaron hasta que nos fuimos, los vecinos tuvieron que irse a un hotel porque no podían dormir del calor con niños. Habían hormigas y en general la propiedad deja mucho que desear. Las calles de Mallorca en el centro están sucias y no es agradable caminar por ahí.

A great location...

Located on a quiet street, yet close to the busier streets of the old town. Well appointed, perhaps a bit tired in places, but with all that we needed for our three night stay. A difficult one to fix, but every footstep, every scrape of a chair, every movement from the apartment above was very audible from our ground floor apartment. Ergo, not great when upstairs included a small child and early risers. A building design issue, admittedly, but one to consider if you need your .

Volveremos!

La ubicación del apartamento en plenco centro, la comoda distribución y, al ir con niños, maletas y cochecito fue genial que fuera a pie de calle. Aunque la ubicación centrica es magnifica, es complicado el acceso en coche (y quizas imposible si vas con un coche grande o furgoneta), las calles centricas son muy estrechas.

Hostess was very friendly, responsive and spoke good English (she won't admit it lol). The apartment is small, with limited shared amenities, but the service, hospitality and location made up for it.

We had a great stay here, comfortable bed & nice kitchen & lounge. Everywhere in central Palma is a short walk away. The nearby restaurant is well worth a visit. Shame about the cold/windy weather!!

we highly recommend staying at the apartments of priority villas.

The apartment is well located in the heart of Palma in walkable distance to many nice spots. We absolutely enjoyed staying at the apartment and felt very home. Communication was great, detailed, on time with fast response times. Check-in was contactless and super smooth. We experienced issues with the wifi - but the staff was very helpful in immediately solving any issue. All in all, we highly recommend staying at the apartments of priority villas. NO

Loved it! Perfect position in the old town, stylish space on the ground floor with big windows to the street. We spent a few days working and it was perfect and quiet and the horses would trot past through the day. I would 100% recommend!
