“I and 4 friends spent two days here and we thoroughly enjoyed our time, they have a full kitchen with seasonings, pots, pans, and appliances. It was clean and plain out gorgeous. Games! The ping pong table wasn't setup or have any instructions that I saw so didn't utilize that but they have one! Multiple of my friends said it felt like we were on a get away here and could have stayed in the place the whole time if we didn't have outside plans for my birthday. The outside asthetic didn't bother……

“I booked this house for my daughter and her friends to come after her party ended! My check in was at 5pm I messaged the host on 5 different occasions to get an earlier check in and had no response so the day I was to check in we proceed to the house and the house is unkept, trash was in the driveway a car was in the driveway and the grass hasn’t been cut in weeks! I called the host 7 times no answer I messaged him several times no answer and he called me back at 630 and proceeds to tell me that……

“This place was exceptionally clean and not a single necessity was lacking! Clearly the owner is will organized and all elements worked together for the benefit of the guest. The place had plenty of off street parking and ready access to major freeways. My daughter, who went to school in the area, said the guest book was right on point as a guide for things to see and do in Atlanta and the surrounding area. The owner was very responsive and professional throughout the entire process. This VRBO……

“Located in a less known part of the area but easily accessible from the highway and was located central to all of our activities.”

“The home was just as pictured and had ample space for all of my guests. The location was perfect, a less than 10 minute ride to the Atlanta University Center. The house is located in a residential neighborhood and did not have much traffic (foot or car). It is important to know that the house supplies you with a starter amount of paper towels/dish soap/toilet paper/trash bags and if you have a lot of people and or will be staying for a while, you will run out! The host-a third party property……

“This was a trip where my daughters met up in ATL, from DC, Oh, Chicago, MD & Toronto to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The home was excellent. Spaccious, clean, great location for access to downtown & highways, secure & reserved parking, and spacious street parking as well. The host was very attentive to us and responded very timely to us. I would stay here again and I highly recommend this unit. Cheryl & daughters.”
