“I called the hotel several times about a bag I left in the hotel. Unfortunately the calls were not picked up.”

“The microwave oven was out of service in my room, but the room is comfortable for me. There is lemon water in the lobby and it is a good idea”

While this awaken me, I wasn’t for sure if I was dreaming , so I let it slide and the next thing I knew my door was opening again , but this time I said can I help you and a voice came back with an apology? So I figured they realized I was in the room. The next thing I receive a phone call from the front desk asking me my name, which I told them and they said thank you? The……

“The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the overall decor and attention to detail were superb. I would definitely stay here again.”

“At check-in, the staff scolded me for booking through Expedia instead of calling them directly. They warned me not to leave a negative review and said the towels are brown because of bad water. They tried to rope me into a marketing scheme to tell my friends about their hotel. They re-used the card envelope which was filthy and had an old WIFI password scratched out. Room was funky and many things were lopsided- wind blowing through gaps in door, and messy caulking and poor craftsmanship on……

“The room was great veey spacious but all 3 night we never got any type of services in out room. No fresh towels or freah linens. I went to the front desk for towels and bathroom tissue and no one came so the desk. I went back to my room and called the front desk from my personal phone because the roon phone didnt work. I got yelled at over the phone for calling and not going to the front desk by the hotel owner. He should have came to my to bring me what i needed asbi was the guest. My last……
