Property Summary
Villa Villas Blancas is a terraced house situated within a resort comprising 27 houses. It boasts a private garden and a shared natural state property with a swimming pool (12 x 8 m, depth 50 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 16.Oct.), a children's pool, and garden furniture. Parking facilities are available, and it is located just 900 m from the sea in Torroella De Montgrí, Spain.

Please note that the owner does not accept any groups or youth groups. The neighborhood is highly sensitive to noise, and quietness and good behavior are expected from guests. The property is conveniently located near a supermarket (350 m) and the sandy beach "Platja Gran" (900 m). A golf course is also situated just 300 m away.

Within the vicinity, you can explore the nearby Illes Medes, located 17 km from the property. The town of Pals Centre is just 5 km away, offering additional amenities and attractions for your vacation rental experience.

Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 4-room terraced house with a living/dining room on two levels, equipped with digital TV and an exit to the terrace. The small kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, and a microwave. On the lower ground floor, there is one room with a french bed (135 cm, length 190 cm) and an exit to the patio. Another room features one set of bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Additionally, there is a shower and a toilet.

Amenities Included
The property offers various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. These include a washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, and a hair dryer. You will also have access to free Wi-Fi internet throughout the property.

  • This was one of my favorite spots in Spain. It has clear blueish-green water and was great for swimming and jumping off the rock in front. There is a small cave in the far back corner on the beach which has many mosquito's at night (bummer). This photo was taking in the morning before it got over populated with naked Spaniards swimming and playing ping pong on the beach. I would come here again I had a great time and camped 2 nights on the beach. The location of the beach is the closest I can do but it is referred by the locals as (Platjanudista).#Beach

Sehr schönes kleines Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus sowie auch der Pool und die gesamte Anlage waren wirklich schön und auch zum Strand und zum Supermarkt war es nicht weit, man sollte allerdings noch recht gut zu Fuß sein.Von Vorteil wäre es jedoch, wenn ein Geländer an den schrägen Treppen angebracht wäre, welche vom Grundstück zum Pool führen.
