"I stayed at the Sheraton New Delhi twice during my visit to India for a combination of work and leisure, and had a great experience overall.
The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and ideal for working remotely. I particularly appreciated the international power socket!
The location is excellent, with a shopping mall directly behind the hotel. A useful tip: you can exit through the rear gate rather than walking all the way around - just ask the helpful staff at front door (exit is on the right).
The spa was a real highlight. I visited several times and enjoyed the Kaya Kelp Massage, a facial, and a head massage. The treatments were excellent, and the spa also offers great grooming services for men, including haircuts and traditional shaves. Special thanks to Sajid for the outstanding service!
Food was fantastic with room service offering plenty of variety, and Dakshin (restaurant) serving some excellent South Indian cuisine.
The only minor downside was some confusion around ordering food and drinks by the pool. I wasn't able to order a beer there, which I found a little unusual as I had been able to do so at other hotels during my travels in India. I'm not sure whether poolside service is normally available - my impression was that the staff were genuinely trying to go above and beyond to help, so this may simply have been a misunderstanding.
Overall, I would happily stay here again and would recommend the Sheraton New Delhi for both business and leisure travellers!"
