“The room was clean, bed was nice. The bathroom tile could use a bit more cleaning. Air conditioning worked fine. Breakfast was good and next to the hotel. The adjacent restaurants were quite good actually. Ample parking on both sides of the hotel. Don't expect this to be quite the same as a $200 /night hotel in the USA..... but it's plenty cood enough and a good value for the price.”

“Great experiance here. It is a large house in a gated residential neighborhood; sort of like a Bed and Breakfast crossed with an international travelers hostel. “Passing time for 3 weeks before my flight. This hotel on the south side of Davao, and i was pleasantly surprised how great and comfortable it is. Clean rooms, good aircon, no in hotel noise. Great bed, pillows, wifi. Even has a comfortable smoking area off to the side of the entrance, that bothers nobody. Staff is great. Cold drinks and snacks sold in lobby, and a perfect well priced restaurant next door. Other stores, western union all within walking distance. There is traffic on the main road……
