“Property needs investment. NO SIGNs. Entrance????? Park?????, staff not at front. Asleep in the back. Woke her up. No restaurants near by.”

“I book reservations online when I arrived at 11 PM in a taxi the hotel was completely closed and locked. I called the property. The gentleman told me that there was no more rooms available.”

“Desayuno muy básico, estaban haciendo reparaciones y comenzaron 7:30am no me dejaban dormir, al final llame y reclame y mandaron a callar al personal que estaba trabajando”

“I made reservations the night before at 5:50 pm and when I tried calling the front desk after 6:00 NO ONE picked up. I called from 5:50 pm until 11 pm and no one picked up. I sent an email to the property. Had EXPEDIA try and they couldn’t get them either- they were no help. We had to stay elsewhere and make reservations elsewhere that were more expensive. Someone called the next day after 10 am! It was too late. It took a while but I got refunded.”

“Exactly as presented in listing, great easy atep-by-step check in instructions, easy check out with a helpful later (noon) check out time, and great location by two plazas, restaurants, and shopping. Saved for future trips as will stay here again. ¡Nos vemos pronto!”
