“Credit Card was skimmed at the Marina Hotel/restaurant. Only used this particular card in one place during my days in Panama...at check-in, and to pay for a pizza at the restaurant. Had unauthorized charges less than 3 hours later.”

“The whole atmosphere and jungle setting Was incredible. It’s like stepping back in time like Jurassic park. The wild life amazing and incredible views. The only downside about the whole stay was in room 415 and the air-conditioner was not working Properly so I had very little Sleep. They staff looked at the problem but no resolución. This was the only Reason I could not Rate the resort higher.”

“I book reservations online when I arrived at 11 PM in a taxi the hotel was completely closed and locked. I called the property. The gentleman told me that there was no more rooms available.”

“I would not recommend anyone book this hotel. Bathroom has mold on the tiles, door and ceiling, I booked a 2 night stay but only stayed one night due to the late hour we arrived and I was traveling with an elderly. Still attempting to get a refund for the next night. Staff were pleasant but this hotel needs an upgrade. ”
