  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Perfect Vacation

Kim and John were wonderful hosts! Their condo is beautifully decorated and has everything we needed to have a perfect vacation. The view of the ocean from the condo was outstanding! The beach chair service was a plus! We will definitely look to book with them again on our next PCB trip.

Beautiful Condo

My family of 3 as well as our best friends and their children stayed for a Long Beach weekend. The condo was SO CLEAN! Views of the ocean were amazing and the hosts were so so nice. Everything was perfect for us. We really enjoyed ourselves and will be back to stay!

Fantastic condo with amazing views!

The condo was beautifully decorated & very relaxing. The furniture was very comfortable & lovely. Waking up in the morning and seeing the gulf of Mexico from the bed was just amazing. The gliders on the balcony are so comfortable also. I love those & the chairs in the master bedroom. John & Kim have thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. We can't wait to come back next year. .

Beautiful property - we’ll be back!

This property did not disappoint! The condo and furnishings were very nice, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the deck furniture was ideal. We loved this condo and location, the property with multiple pools & hot tubs was perfect. Oh, and beach chair rental was included! Hosts were proactive, hospitable, and very communicative. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect Getaway!

We really enjoyed spending our spring break getaway at this beautiful condo!! We had a perfect view of the ocean & was able to see dolphins jumping out of the water from the balcony in the mornings! The owners were easily reachable for any questions we had during our stay. They provide a notebook of information regarding places to go & things to do that is very helpful! We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Great Place to Enjoy

We spent the month of January at John and Kim’s PCB place in Tower II. The condo was comfortable and well stocked. You can see pride in ownership throughout the home. Saw dolphins jumping in the surf while sitting on the deck and enjoyed some exceptional sunsets from the master bedroom recliners overlooking the ocean surf. Would absolutely seek this place out again and stay.

Great little escape in the heart of PCB!

Very nice updated condo with a wonderful view. Had everything we needed for our family of 5. I love how we were high enough to avoid the noise of the pool, but we still had a great view of it. We loved the chairs on the porch for our morning coffee and evening cocktails. Tower 2 location was our favorite, and the included beach chairs were an added bonus. Thanks for sharing your property with us!

Great Condo!

The condo was just as described and our stay was great. The communication with the host was great and the we had a really good stay. The property was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked if you want to cook. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Stay

Our stay was so much fun! The condo was great. Very clean, very comfortable. Comfortable beds which is a huge bonus! The view from the balcony and master bedroom were gorgeous. This particular tower had a heated pool and the kids loved it. We spent much of our time there. John and Kim were available if we needed them and were fantastic hosts. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful family vacation

Overall, we had an excellent stay at Edgewater Resorts. The views from the condo were excellent and it was just a short walk to the beach and other amenities. Despite being on the 10th floor, the room is near the elevator bank which eases in taking loads of stuff to the beach. The couple of times we needed to reach out to the owners with questions, they were extremely responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

Great Place to Stay

Smelled like someone had cooked shrimp the night before but that was a housekeeping issue and not on the owners. Was nice to see a folder with a bio on the owners and some of their recomendations of things to do and places to eat. Location itself was great. GREAT VIEWS and well decorated home. Really liked the taller patio chairs on the balcony. Gives you a much better view. Only issue with the property was both handles of the sliding doors being broken. Doors open easily so it does not cause an issue if careful. Overall great place to stay and great communication from the property managers.

A true 5 star experience!

Extremely clean and comfortable accommodations! Kim and John have gone out of their way to make sure the condo has everything you would need in every room. Down to fine tiny details, like extra hooks in the bedroom and bath and extra places to plug in devices in the living room. From comfortable recliners in the master nook overlooking the beautiful Gulf to the kitchen equipped with anything one would need to make complete meals, coffee or cocktails. No detail has been overlooked! The balcony is equipped with the most comfortable tall gliding rockers we have experienced…..you never have to leave the condo to enjoy yourself! Just as important as the accommodations, we also experienced excellent communication from beginning to end. The owners truly show interest in making sure your experience is easy and relaxing….. as vacations should be. They are easy to reach if you have a question, and very thorough taking care of making your stay a smooth one. The Edgewater resort was also nice and very clean. Updates have been made to the property, and security is taken seriously but not overbearing! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you Kim and John for being great hosts!
