  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Needs work

This unit needs lots of work. Someone needs to go in and check what needs to be done. It needs some new kitchen appliances, redone bathrooms, new dining furniture, better beds. We rented this one because of the price. You get what you pay for, I guess.
