We were able to check-in at exactly 4pm. The house was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, utensils etc..). Everything was as advertised and we all had a great time.The only issue was the private pool area. It was very hard to keep clean from natural debris.

Great location and close to community pool. Community Tram offered to the beach was better than expected and easy to get. House was spacious - could definitely have been more clean (inside and outside) but otherwise a decent stay.
