Great room and location.

Beds were very comfortable and linens were clean. My only complaint about the room is the floors need mopping very badly. We couldn't walk through the room with bare feet, one pass through, without the bottoms of our feet getting black and sticky. We had to wear socks or sandals in the room at all times. The area rug also needs cleaning, it's very dirty. The beds, linens, dishes, kitchen were very clean. Maid service just needs to apply a little TLC to the floors. We swept them but didn't feel that we should have to purchase cleaning supplies and mop on our vacation. I would stay here again and recommend this rental. to keep soc

The condo was clean and had everything you need. The balcony has a great view.The only issue we had is there were not enough bracelets in the condo. The host was aware there would be 8 guest but only 6 bracelets were in the condo. I immediately reached out to the host upon check in at 4 pm and let them know. After several communications through the VRBO site, we finally received the 2 bracelets at noon the next day. So 2 of my guest could not use any parts of the resort for the first 20 hours of our 66 hour stay. I feel like the host wasn’t bothered by or made it a priority to get the bracelets 2 us.

I think it could have been cleaner. The fan in the master bathroom made a horrible noise every time it was turned on. The water pressure was terrible in the shower. The kitchen was furnished ok. The dishes were really old.The living area was very nice and comfortable. Trying to figure out the TV's was a problem. They need to lable the remotes.The view was beautiful the staff was very friendly and helpful. The pools were ice cold.Do yourself a favor don't eat at Harpon Harry's. It was overly expensive and not good.All in all qe had a really good time. The beach was beautiful.
