30A great house

Loved the rooms and plenty of dishes, sand equipment, bikes. The pool we heated was comfortable. The room above the garage was an added bonus. Only negative was the frying pans which everything stuck to. Bring your own if they don’t upgrade them! The gated community is fantastic with large pool, clubhouse, snack shop and beach access.

Watersound is the best!

We love Watersound. We try to stay here and love the quiet neighborhood. This house was great and accommodated everyone. There were 4 bikes to use, and wagons in the garage for the beach. Everything was great. The only recommendation I would have is to allow usage of the golf cart. There was one in the garage but renters were not allowed to use. The walk was 5-10 minutes and would have made it much easier for those older family members to get to the beach. Other homes have allowed golf cart usage, but this is the first one that did not.

Annual Watersound vaca!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second trip to this house, the layout is great, dipping pool is a great addition (it’s small but perfect for after return from beach) kitchen is well equipped (we cook during our stays) and holds large gatherings. The carriage house has all comforts of home and is perfect for couple or older kids that want more privacy. This trip our drier was broken when we arrived and not fixed during trip (our trip was 7 days and we packed for a few days knowing we could wash clothes). We didn’t get any additional clean towels to cover broken drier so that was hard to manage. The house is a walk to beach and it doesn’t offer golf cart so if you have young kids with “stuff” elderly parents that can’t walk long distance or you bring coolers, you’ll get your exercise! We were able to check in before posted time on Monday arrival which was also a great surprise. Overall this house is excellent and we’d recommend - especially if a golf cart could be added! A bonus, we left something behind at checkout and when we called, property management company found item and shipped back!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It is nice and allows the whole family space to stay together. The closest beach access was closed due to construction, but there are other entrances as well.

Very nice property

Good size property and great number of beds and bathrooms. A little worn from renting and the washer and dryer are tiny for a place that sleeps 12, can only fit 3 or 4 beach towels, takes forever to dry.

Cozy and comfortable

We had never stayed in Water Sound before this stay. We love The community/neighborhood so much my wife said she found her retirement community. This house was amazing and if the owners ever want to sale give us a call.

Wonderful Week in Watersound

Our favorite 30A community and 31 Keel Court did not disappoint! A quick walk to The Hub and Bruno's Pizza for easy carryout. The heated pool was a hit with the kids and also the parents while the kids were down for naps! The carriage house above the garage that's accessed by a separate stairway is perfect for relatives/friends that want additional space/privacy. The property was clean and well decorated. More than enough space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Look forward to returning again soon.
