Perfect family condo

Very spacious condo for family. Listing was just as described. Kitchen had the simple necessities needed to enjoy breakfast and lunch. The two full bathrooms were large and a great addition to each king size bedroom. Corner balcony gave great views with plenty of outdoor seating. Really enjoyed our stay!

Great PCB stay

The unit itself was great! The views were unbeatable - the condo was very clean. The resort is very family friendly - although the pools were a little dirty - my kids didn’t love swimming in them. The check in process was fine but kind of difficult to find. We had no idea we had to park across the street and take the walkway across. Once we got our bearings, things were great. However, a heads up on where to park, etc would have been better. Other than that, we would def stay here again!

Nice Condo

Condo was nice. We picked this condo for the pool. The kids loved the pool. It was nice not being policed for your every move in the pool like other condos. There isn’t much to do close to the condo. Pier Park is about 3 miles away. Too far to walk. All I all it was a good stay. Weather was great and staff friendly.

Beautiful Property and Great owner!

We loved staying at Joe’s place at splash! He was so great to work with! He was very understanding and helpful when I had a payment issue. The condo was spacious, clean, and beautiful! 10/10 recommend! We would stay here again!! Thank you! (If I had to change one thing, the beds aren’t super comfortable, so maybe a mattress upgrade would be nice!)

This condo was the perfect set up for us, we had two families that consisted of 4 adults and four kids ranging from 1 - 13 years old. We loved the two master bedrooms and the open concept. We were able to spend our evenings on the spacious balcony which was a relaxing way to end each day. The condo was very clean upon arrival and the check in process was seamless. The owner was also responsive to all of my messages. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this condo to friends and family.

Celebrating a special birthday!

The condo was Exactly as pictured. Very clean and views were spectacular! Owner was a pleasure to deal with and quickly responded to my question. Only negative is that the “ store” and bar on property claims it was open year round, but it wasn’t. It would have been more of a convenience than anything else. If you have children or grandchildren, this is the place to stay. They will have memories that will last a lifetime.

Fun condo with great view

This is our 2nd trip to Splash with the kids. We love the resort for its pool and beach access. The condo itself has a beautiful view with nice furniture and was very clean. My main complaint would be that it is very sparsely stocked with supplies that help make a trip hassle free. It was difficult to cook meals due to lack of Tupperware or zip locks to store things, no foil etc, no measuring cups, no air fryer/toaster oven. No pack and play, no high chair or booster seats, no family games. We have stayed at this resort with other units that supply these items and it is a huge help and more pleasurable experience to not have to bring or buy all these things. A few electrical and appliance issues but the host was quick to communicate and help correct the problems. Overall a nice unit for a large family.

Christmas Trip

We thoroughly enjoy our stay over Christmas. The condo was exactly as pictured. The patio was our favorite part. Perfect for enjoying a drink or meal as well as for sun bathing. The resort was operating at minimal capacity due to the time of year but we expected this. There was one pool, one hot tub, and the little water park/splash pad open for the first few days of our stay. The pool was nice and warm and the hot tub was hot! The splash pad was cold but it didn’t seem to deter the kids. By the end of our stay the lazy river and second pool were open but chilly. The little restaurant and pool bar were not open at all (not unexpected). The beach was absolutely stunning! Don’t forget your beach/pool towels! Joe was super responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely rent this condo again.

An extremely pleasant experience, would absolutely stay here again!

I'm not even sure where to start, so I guess I'll just start with my first impression of the property upon arrival. I had a good feeling about this place from the moment we pulled in. The location is perfect, because it is on the quieter side of PCB. We didn't have to fight traffic to get to our condo, but it was still convenient to all the restaurants and attractions. There is an Alvin's Island shop attached to the parking garage, which we really liked for the convenience. There is plenty of parking, so there was no fighting over parking spaces. The Splash Resort itself was so inviting and clean. We could tell the entire place is very well-maintained. Check in was so easy! Joe sent an email in advance with the code and details, which I really appreciated. We arrived and were able to go straight in. Since we arrived after 5pm, I just had to go down to the check-in desk the next morning to get our bracelets and purchase our parking passes. The lady at the check-in desk was so sweet and helpful. Our condo was everything we hoped for. One of the cleanest places I've ever stayed. Usually when I stay somewhere it takes me a few days before I can go barefoot, but not here. I felt like I was at home. It smelled good, which is a biggie for me. The view is amazing. I loved that we could access the balcony from the "living room" and also from both main bedrooms. The pools were great! The amount of space was excellent, as I never felt cramped at any time. I could go on and on!
