Peace of Cape is one of those places that just makes you feel like you have come to your own personal beach getaway! The townhouse is spacious and comfortable, and is exactly what the name implies - peaceful! This great townhome has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and a pullout sofa bed. This unit is a great size for a couple's getaway, a family vacation, or for snowbirds wanting to escape the winter cold.

When you come into Peace of Cape, the first level is a completely open concept living/dining/kitchen area. It offers a great place to "chill out" after a fun-filled day at the beach or one of the community pools or some other fun adventure. You can share a meal at our spacious brand new dining table that can accommodate the whole family. And afterward, maybe you can "unplug" and play games, cards, or work puzzles together. You can relax in the family room where there is a large flat screen TV and blue-ray DVD player with Netflix (you will need your own account), which is perfect for a family movie night. The kitchen, or "Galley" as we like to call it, has all brand new stainless steel appliances and is stocked with all the supplies you'll need. There is also a half bath on the first level for your convenience.

The family room opens onto a wonderful and spacious deck surrounded by palm trees. It feels open, yet private all at the same time. The deck looks out over the central green space, and has a view of the Gulf. There are bar-height poly wood tables that seat six, and a gas grill is provided for cooking out. The deck leads down to the boardwalk that takes you out through the gazebo and onto the sugary white sand. You really are only 1 minute to the beach!

The second level has two ensuite bedrooms with plenty of privacy. Known as the Captain's Quarters and First Mate accommodations, each room has plenty of space to unpack and settle in. There are TVs in both bedrooms, as well as private balconies. The Captain's deck is spacious and seating is provided to enjoy gulf breezes and a great vantage point for beautiful sunsets and spectacular starry nights. While the First Mate's balcony enjoys the morning sun, with a lovely view that looks across to the club house, the gorgeous dunes, and a view of the Gulf.

Peace of Cape has a beach closet filled with all the accessories you will need to relax and enjoy the beach - including 4 beach chairs, beach toys, and a beach cart to help you easily get everything to the beach or pool. Then there is an enclosed outdoor shower with hot & cold water, which is perfectly situated as you come off the boardwalk to rinse off the sand when you get back from the beach.

Barrier Dunes is a great community for people of all ages. There are two tennis/pickleball courts, two swimming pools, ponds where kids can feed the resident turtles, a neighborhood playground, and safe streets for walking your dog or riding bikes. One swimming pool is centrally located in the complex and the other pool is gulf front with covered picnic tables and a gazebo overlooking the sugar white sand and beautiful Gulf of Mexico. One of the prime benefits of Peace of Cape is the amazing location! From this great townhouse, you are only steps to any of the great amenities. Then just outside Barrier Dunes, there is a 9 mile bike path that takes you along 30E from the State Park to the entrance of Cape San Blas
