Wonderful Property in a Great Location

We loved our stay here. Great views from the 30th floor apartment. My son stayed on a comfortable blow-up bed and I took the king size bed. Jim was very helpful with requests to set up tours and helped us navigate going to a local soccer game. Angelica was so helpful in any need and request we had throughout the trip. The A/C was great, and the automatic shades kept the rooms dark for sleeping. Nice pool and chill out area on the 37th floor. Everyone was so friendly and the grocery store across the street exceeded my expectations. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance. Next time I am in Panama, I will return to this place.

Great view great place

Everything was wonderful. The owner very helpful and accommodating. Listing is accurate with pictures. Angie was great as well. Only miscommunication there was is that they had a driver pick us up at the airport, spoke zero English. He dropped us off and didn’t say anything. I had no idea what to pay him, then thought maybe it was included. So I gave him a $20 tip. Bottom line he came back saying the drive was $35 which is fine but no one including the driver that night said anything. Next time I will Uber like we did to go home back to the airport. Uber was $16. I paid their driver $40. All in all the location and everything about this condo was great. Would stay there again.

PARADISE..AND THEN SOME.

OK! It was very sad leaving Panama today. HOWEVER. .I couldnt wait to express our feelings on Grand Bay 3007. It was more than we could have ever imagined. We felt this was an extension of our home! HIGH end Luxury accommodations and for the first time ever...we both felt like we should have paid more. Felt very safe n secure from the time we were picked up by one of the kindest ..big heart. .and always top quality service with a smile by Anel!!Traveled all over the world. This was seamless. No check in Only a short stop at the lobby to pick up Angie to show us to our room. AN AMAZING experience. Ready to return to our home away from home. Wonderful Apartment

We had a wonderful time at this apartment. The photos and description do not do this rental Justice. From the fabulous view of the bay to the quiet comfort of the apartment, you can’t go wrong with this rental. The host, Angie was very welcoming and was always there to meet our needs. Great view. Nice clean unit.

Once we realized there was no entrance On Avenida Balboa, we were all good. All Amenities were Adequate. Nice washer and dryer. Angie and Anel were exceptional and were Just a call away.

This is a beautiful property with an amazing view of the Bay and secure location.

This is a modern apartment in a secure building facing the Bay. We loved the location, walking next door to the small mall where there are several really good restaurants. (The bakery, Brun has wonderful croissants and coffee). We slept well in the king size bed, with the air conditioner keeping the temperature great for sleeping. We had plenty of storage to hang our clothes and store in drawers. The washer and dryer were a bonus. Overall, better than expected! Loved it here.

Once in a lifetime view!

My husband and I stayed in this condo for two weeks in January, 2018. None of the pictures can do justice to the amazing view because, from thirty stories up, it is huge. Bring binoculars! The apartment is spacious. has high quality furnishings and the kitchen is well equipped. It was immaculate when we arrived and we were given good information that helped us to navigate our first visit to Panama City. The pool deck is terrific and usually not crowded. Overall, a great introduction to panama!

Fantastic view, great location and well equipped

The view from the unit is unbelievable. It is also centrally located to restaurants and shopping. The owner has equipped the unit will all the utensils and paper products one would need. The washer and dryer worked great and there were plenty of linens. He also left very detailed instructions on how to use the electronics. His in country manager Angie was a delight. Answered all requests immediately and gave a personal tour of the unit upon arrival. Anel is his recommended driver and he was always on time and reasonablely priced. The vacation was a great experience in a rapidly growing world class city. Thanks to all for making it so enjoyable.

Better than the photos!

I recently spent 5 days in this condo and absolutely loved it. The views are even better than the photos reflect. The condo owner rep, "Angie", was fantastic to work with, she was very friendly and responded promptly whenever I needed to get in touch with her. The best part of this condo experience was the location. Within a block of the condo were restaurants, coffee shop, bars, a casino, and a convenience store. For the money, you can't beat this condo. It's a tremendous value!

Perfect location, great view, nice facilities

We stayed at this property for the month of April 2017. Check in was a breeze, with a good orientation as to how things work, and where things are. The apartment was spotless on arrival, subsequent cleanings were superb. All the appliances - including washer and dryer - are new, and work perfectly. The air conditioning worked very well. The rooftop pool area is wonderful, and never too busy. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The MultiCentro mall is a 4 minute walk away! All in all, a great place, especially for a longer stay. We would definitely book this property again.

Awesome place to stay in Panama City

We had decided to try a Thanksgiving vacation in Panama City, and found this apartment through VRBO. The actual apartment matched the awesome online photos. The manager explained everything in great detail as we arrived, and we settled in for a lovely stay. Everything worked (we didn't try the provided cell phone): wi-fi, motorized shades on the great room windows, kitchen stuff, etc., etc. Parking space was inside, with gated control. If we want to stay in Panama City in the future, this is the place we'll come back to!

Wonderful apartment in Panama
