Great condo

Loved the condo and the beach, the elevator situation needs help. There was only 3 working and we had to wait over 30 minutes every time we left or came back. We had to tote groceries up the stairs 8 floors. Other than the elevators we lived the whole trip. Check in and out was a breeze. I loved the remodeling. I stayed in the same condo last year.

Great Location and Property

The condo was very well decorated, and clean, the location was really nice being able to walk to dinner at Pineapple Willy’s and Walmart was nice. The resort was very nice the pools and light show at night were a highlight!

The PERFECT PLACE? Yes, Yes it is!

Felt like home!

Love it!!! Beautiful condo and the owners were extremely nice and helpful.

We were there for the UCA Cheer Camp and the entire experience was great. The resort is beautiful. The only negative comment was that the elevators were extremely slow and very hot. Our condo was beautiful with all the amenities of home. The alligators were a little exciting to see in the lake. We really enjoyed our stay!!

It really is the PERFECT PLACE

Marianne’s condo is wonderful! It’s in the perfect location and went above and beyond our expectations! Marianne is an EXTREMELY helpful host as well! She was very friendly and quick to respond. The condo was very clean, spacious, and comfortable! Marianne also informed us that they have all new mattresses and bedding... which was amazingly comfortable! We slept like babies! The Walmart is right across the street. The beach and Pineapple Willy’s is also right across the street as well! At first we freaked out about not bezing literally on the beach, but once we got there the walk to the beach was nothing!

Great vacation

We had a great stay here for our babymoon in early May. We liked the area and the location was good! The apartment is just as it looks on the pictures a little outdated but it's very spacious and comfortable! The king bed was very soft and comfy. The only thing I would mention is the kitchen equipment isn't top notch...do if you plan to cook a lot you may bring a few utensils. Also for the amount the cleaning fee is I think some dishwasher soap and basic cleaning supplies could be included.the kitchen is a good size so if you plan to stay in for meals it's nice. The TV only had 2 channels...unless we just couldn't figure it out. Otherwise the resort is nice.,. We mostly used the pool on the tenth floor because it was always empty and very close to our apt. Walmart is right across the street...we walked there a few times for snacks and such. Publix isn't far either. The beach is right across the street..short walk. There is a great Taco place at the resort... amazing!! And decently priced ...make sure you check it out! The beaches in Panama City are very nice! Thanks for a great stay! Deanna& Paul

Very nice stay

amazing place

The place was just PERFECT as it said ! Cleaned when we arrived, and the view from the condo was GREAT ! People working there were there to help us, we had a great welcome. We were there for a triathlon training camp; Close to Walmart, track, swimming pool and the road was good to go for long rides. The living room was very spacious and comfortable. Good thing because it was cold outside ! We enjoyed a lot the Spa outside and all the AMAZING sunsets ! And the Owner was kind and easy to reach :) Thank you !

Fantastic!

Great location with a great view! This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this location because of how it easy it was to communicate with the owner. They made sure we had everything we needed and made the entire process seamless. We loved the private walkway from the resort right to the beach. My wife and I will be staying here again on our next trip to Panama City Beach.

The condo was dirty, directions for parking and finding condo were vague at best

The towels were dirty, the toilet handles on both toilets were broken so the water runs in them constantly, there were bugs on the floor in the twin bedroom, the sliding door lock is broken, the front door lock sticks and is hard to lock, the chair in the living room had candy stuck to it, there was wine sprayed all over the wall in the kitchen, there was no hand soap or dish soap.....the list could go on and on. The price stated of $170 for a cleaning fee made us laugh. The condo was not clean at all. There was hair in the sinks. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone in this condition. The location is great but that is about it. The kids pool was full of bugs and filthy and the large pool on the 5th floor had birds bathing in it. I am very disappointed in this condo
