Steps Away From Community Pool, Short Walk To Beach

This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath nicely decorated townhome is located just 50 feet from one of the two pools available as well as the community tennis courts.  It is also within a short walking distance to the gulf front pool and one of the top rated beaches, Cape San Blas.  

Enjoy strolling along sugar white sands and watching Dolphins play in the emerald green water. Bring an end to the perfect day with some of the most spectacular sunsets seen. Everything needed to make the dream of a perfect vacation come true time & time again. Dogs are welcome.

Floor Plan: Ground level-foyer, covered parking.  1st level-kitchen, dining area, living room with queen sleeper sofa, TV, VCR, DVD and stereo; laundry closet and half bath.  2nd level-Bedroom 1-master bedroom with king bed, TV and full bath with shower and tub; and Bedroom 2-queen bed with TV and full bath with shower and tub.

The location is beautiful!! I love the layout of the condo. They are a little closer to the condos across than what the pictures show. The condo needed a little TLC, especially the refrigerator and carpets. We really did have a great stay.

Great time at the Cape!

We had an amazing time! The condo had more than enough room for our family of 3 (2 adults and 1 teenager) and our golden retriever. It was well stocked and only a short walk to the beach. We will definitely look into staying here again!

Excellent Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our Spring Break. Internet connection was excellent. The additional parking for boats/trailers was greatly appreciated. Nice neighborhood with quick beach access. Great location under the house to park, shower off, clean fish. Easy access down from the state park. We would gladly stay here again.

Property cleanliness and comfort

The property was dirty. Someone should check the wall by the stove and the ceiling in the kitchen as I believe there was a leak when it rained. The property smelled like mold. There were bugs and we noticed a dead cockroach under the kitchen sink which we did not remove. There was hair in the bathrooms. The beds were uncomfortable. The futon cover was disgusting. The fold out couch didn't work - the bed fell when pulled out. There should have been something in the listing about lack of cell service. The internet was very slow. Very disappointed with the property.

Very pleased!

Our first time stay in Cape San blas was fantastic. The townhouse was very clean and not too far from the beach. We had no problems from any of the neighbors, everyone was very pleasant and kind. Thank you for letting our family make memories here.
