“According to the pictures I thought we was truly getting an excellent room, for not just us, but we had friends coming as well. Instead I got a headache of trying to find the place. Also reached out to the host several times to get help, and got no response. Got customer service to help from VRBO and they were not able to reach the host either. “Jim, the host is fantastic. He has a person, Angelica, on sight to help with check in, walk through the property, demonstrate the appliances, and explain the amenities. She even arranged for our transportation from the airport.The property itself has beautiful views and is in a tremendous location. Compared to other places we've VRBO'd, Jim has appointed the place very well, ei., my wife was surprised and happy to find a curling and straightening iron. We are thrilled with our choice to stay……

“The apartment was OK, BUT there were cockroaches in all the apartment, we called to complain and ask for a refund but they arranged a fumigation next morning, with the fumigation the cockroaches pretty much disappeared, but after around 24 hours we spotted a couple of them again. Very, very disappointed for this situation with the cockroaches.”
