“Our stay was pleasant. Rooms were clean; staff always ready to help; excellent breakfast and restaurants for other meals. Very convenient location and nothing to complain about.”

“Centrally located, staff were excellent.Did not have any meals so I cannot comment on that. Property was clean. What you pay is what you get . Showers should have just a curtain so the toilets are hot wet all the time.”

“A WESTERN TRAVELLER REVIEW The hotel was of a higher standard than most Indian hotels I have stayed in. But by western hotel standards it was poor. If Marriott is 10/10, Holiday Inn is 7/10, this was a 4/10. The shower head sprayed up and over the shower, flooding the bathroom. The breakfast had flies feasting on my breakfast before me. (I ended up in Burger King for breakfast) Room service- I ordered a plain chicken burger with fries. I asked for the burger and bun only. I received a……

“Staff were friendly and helpful”

“We are senior citizens and faced hardship, as elevator was not functioning properly for couple of hours. Due to this we cut short our stay from 2 to 1 night. Other points were OK.”

“The location, layout and amenities were great, beautiful views, lovely private dunk pools from your balcony. Staff are very helpful and friendly, and the complimentary breakfast is great - three courses of yummy vegetarian surprises!”

“Ginger stay in Mangalore was a pleasant experience.Well located decent budget place ,very pleasant well behaved staff.The restaurant is good,a tasty buffet breakfast.A bit of maintainance will make d rooms better . Simple requirements like dental kit ,shower cap could be provided with having to get on extra payment. All in all a good place to stay for a short visit.Would highly recommend.”
