“short stay at the Flutes Boutique hotel, very comfortable stay, staff is very nice and helpful. Ms. Barkha at the front desk was very kind and helpful.The rooms are neat and clean. Kettle with coffee/ tea / water is provided daily. Baggage room is available too. Access to the hotel is also very convenient. “This is not a 4 star hotel. Lots of items were missing or not working. Hairdryer had tape all around it. The room was dirty. Not 4 star standard. We did get upgraded to another room but again hairdryer not working and taped and sockets not working. This hotel is opposite a open top venue for parties and has a hall downstairs, it was noisy, the area is nice but in a built up noisy area
The people that worked there were great and helpful.

Proper toileteries weren't provided either.
Overall decent stay, but the quality isn't worth the charges.

“I booked the room with king size bed and it was confirmed. But when I reached hotel with my toddler and infant I was given different room with twin bed only.
This was so terrible experience and I have to sleep on mattresses and it spoiled my family vacation.
I really hate when booking was confirmed and in hotel something else was given with no other choice. ”
