“Everything was properly managed and executed”

“One of the best sunset i have ever seen, just wow. And yes their hospitality is great too. It is siuated inside Kalatop forest area and its in the middle of Dalhousie and Khajjiar.”

“Excellent stay. Lovely staff. Great hospitality. Good food. Would highly recommend ”

“Property was amazing. The cleanliness, staff, amenities provided, food, room service. All in all a good stay.”

“Considering the cost paid, Rs4800 plus taxes for the room it is over priced by at least 40% compared to price quoted by other booking companies for the same property. The location, the room ambience, cleanliness and facilities is not worth the money paid. ”

“Nowgere close to posted pics of the property, located in a narrow lane off the main road with construction taking place next to it, pillar on the side of the bed making it fifficult to get off. Only one complimentary water bottle per day . To top it off they lock the section of the property from outside where our rooms were, and we got delayed while trying to reach out to them while checking out early jn the morning. Clear fire hazard, u cannot lock your guests in”

“Great view from balcony and delicious food ”

“It had paper thin walls with limited privacy. Property is located right in Gandhi Chowk. Thus, it's good for business trips but won't suggest for leisure trips.”

“overall it was okay”

“View is good.”

“Costliest food ever in entire Dalhousie. Also staff is very rude and mannerless”

“NEVER,, NEVER AGAIN!!!! The front desk guy said we have to pay extra for kids when we already paid through Expedia,, His manager stated that Expedia policy is different from theirs and when we tried to leave they tried to BLOCK OUR DRIVER with a vehicle of their own. This place NOT a place to take family! Tv not working,, missed the NBA finals game (4). They said they will change the remote, never happened. ”
