“Place was clean, comfortable, well-appointed. We loved the thoughtful extras that made this an enjoyable stay. The neighborhood took a little getting used to but no one bothered us and the central location was hard to beat for access to Lima and surrounding schools. The place itself and William’s excellent communication made it worth the stay. Top marks for William as a host and for how well-laid-out this cozy unit was. Would stay again on our next trip to Lima. ”

“This place was used as summer housing for an internship in Lima and had everything needed. The neighborhood is quiet, location is perfect, and property manager is responsive. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if I return to Lima.”

“We were in Ohio to visit family and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. This place was perfectly tucked away in a nice area, beautifully decorated and was a great choice for us. Only recommendation is to have better cleaning prior to stays. Some areas such as the fridge were not cleaned although most of the unit was clean. May be helpful to add more towels for multiple guests, and have hand soap in the bathroom. Other than those small things, awesome place!!”
