This place was more than I had hoped for. I saw that all the reviews, rated this place as excellent, so I had no hesitation booking it and I saw immediately why it had high reviews! Great location and amazing staff. The place is spotless and the bed was comfy. All good!

A very average place. Rooms were clean and had some helpful things like safe box and drying rack but shower pressure was bad and avoid room 7. If you are unlucky like us and get this room you will get woken up by the doorbell that rings outside your door whenever anyone needs the reception.

I recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to share my feedback. The location was fantastic, and the price was very reasonable, making it a great value option. The hotel staff were consistently nice and friendly, which was a definite plus. The cleanliness of the rooms was also commendable. On the other hand, the towels and bedsheets felt quite worn and rugged. While the air conditioning did work, I was unable to adjust the temperature to my preference. Lastly, although there was a TV in the room, it had a "coming soon" message displayed and was not operational during my stay.

ダイビング旅行で訪れましたが、値段の割に良いホテルだと思います。 アロナビーチの中心から近く、飲食店やコンビニが近くにあり便利です。 メインの通りから小道を通ったところにあるので、夜も静かです。 中の小さな庭は毎朝ホテルスタッフが清掃を行って清潔です。 無料の洗濯機がありますが、洗剤は自分で用意する必要があります。 洗濯機は洗濯と脱水が別々の２層式で水道も手動なので、操作は少し難しいです。 残念ながら気になった点が2つ。 （1）ホテルの看板が小さくて分かりづらい。 ダイビングの後にトゥクトゥクでホテルまで帰りましたが、毎回ドライバーがホテルの場所がわからないので聞いてきます。 でも、私たちも詳しい場所は分かりません。 Google Mapを見ながら案内しますが、小道を通り過ぎて何度もUターンする始末。 メインストリートから小道に入る角に看板がありますが、あまり小さくて目立ちません。 （2）ダイビングの際は毎朝ルームキーを預けて出かけました。 夕方ホテルに戻り、フロント行くと現地のホテルスタッフが笑顔で「ハロー」と声がけして鍵を渡してくれました。 とても気持ち良い対応でした。 しかし、一度だけフロントに行くと白人の初老男性が居て、何かの修理作業を行っていました。 いつもと同じように、預けておいたルームキーをお願いしたのですが挨拶も無く、すぐに対応されませんでした。 怪訝な表情で、部屋番号と名前をもう一度確認されて、何の挨拶もなく無言で鍵を渡されました。 あの方はホテルのオーナーなのでしょうか？ まるでアジア人を差別するような嫌な感じを受けました。 他のスタッフが良い反面、残念です。

離麥當勞/Jollibee 及 Alona Beach都非常的近. 且環境算安靜, 晚上不會有多餘的噪音. 一個人住非常的舒服. 裡頭有洗衣機, 很方便, 可以少帶衣物. 工作人員也非常nice.

우리 부부가 헤난보다 더 좋아하는 곳. 자연친화적인 조경도 좋고 공용공간에는 개수대와 세탁기가 있어 빨래도 할수 있고 방앞에는 건조대가 있어 빨래 말리기도 좋다. 파티오가 있어 흡연자들에게는 천국이지만 비흡연자들은 괴로울수 있다. 무엇보다 그곳에서 일하는 어여쁜 소녀는 항상 웃으며 인사해주고 영어를 못하는 나를 위해 기다려주고 도와주려 애썻다. (이름도 물어보질 못했네) 여행 일정이 변경되어 숙박을 연장하려했으나 풀북으로 인하여 오늘 체크아웃. 이곳을 떠나 다른곳으로 옮길려니 너무 아쉬웠다. See you again!

Immer wieder gern :-)

Reisen in Südostasien hat oft Herausforderungen: Langsames WiFi, lahme Klima, laute Bässe oder Kakerlaken. Im Gecko Inn war all das nicht vorhanden. Alles war in super Zustand, ordentlich und funktionstüchtig. Kann das Hotel daher nur wärmstens empfehlen, wenn man am Alona Beach Urlaub machen möchte und nachts dann doch seine Ruhe von der lauten Musik oder der nahen Straße haben will. Holger war dazu auch total nett bei der Begrüßung und ich hatte den Eindruck, ihn mit jeder Frage belagern zu dürfen.

清潔で使い勝手の良いホテル

部屋は清潔で、ビーチからも歩いて近く非常に重宝しました。プールはないですが、日中アクティブに参加したり、ビーチ遊びするなら料金も安いのでありだと思います

パングラオ島全般に言える事ですが、トイレにペーパーが流せないので、備え付けのゴミ箱に入れますが、その日毎の白いビニル袋を持って行って、その中に入れて捨てる方が良いと思います。ウォシュレットの代わりに、小さなシャワーヘッドの洗浄器具が付属してますので、慣れが必要ですがお尻は洗えます。 目の前の庭は、毎日早朝にスタッフが落ち葉や枯草を掃除してますので、とても綺麗です。 難を挙げると、洗濯が禁止で、外の小さな干すところには、バスタオルや水着のみと決められています。 また、室内履きが無いので、サンダルを買うなど必要です。サンダルは近くで170ペソくらいで売っています。 飲料水は、ホテルで買う方が安いです。たくさんあった方が良いと思います。タオルは言えば替えてくれます。 言葉は英語になりますので、翻訳アプリで対応しました。 チェックインの時、一部屋あたり、1000ペソのデポジットを徴収されます。チェックアウトの時、戻ってきます。

can’t wash your clothes !

the place is well situated, the staff is friendly and the room is big enough. But then I readed the rules and one is that you can’t wash your clothes. You only was swim suit, that’s it. I think it’s an abusive rule ! How I’m supposed to wash my clothes then ? I asked 2 différents staff and none could explain me why. The last day when I check out I was talking about that again and she told me that I could use the sink outside... it’s great to know that when I check out... I asked again why I can’t just wash my clothes in the room I paid ? She said it’s because of the soap going to some pipeline..... soooo it’s mean that I shouldn’t use Shampoo and soap when I shower ? Totally non sense ! It’s like I’m forced to use a laundry company... but maybe I don’t want to give my clothes to any company? Is the owner thought about it ? I traveled 34 countries so far and went to cheap and luxurious hotel, it’s the first time I heard about this abusive rule ! Hôtel.com should let people know that rule!!

Perfectly adequate Inn. Good location to alot around Alona. The main fault i had with the place was the very hard bed and rock like pillows. I believe there are similar places, price wise, around that offer free breakfast and maybe even a pool, so i will dig a little deeper before booking next time

房價便宜，房間乾淨，位置佳，CP值高。

1.房間很寬敞，冷氣很涼，房間乾淨。 2.設備: A.房間有桌椅方便在內用餐或擺放物品，B.沒有衣櫥，但是有置物櫃跟衣架。 C.有水杯、熱水壺、冰箱。 D.無盥洗物須自備，有熱水器但沒熱水。 E.床是薄被，所以冷氣別開太強。 F.房外設有晾衣繩，曬泳衣很方便。 3.員工值班24小時，深夜會鎖門，若要外出發現鐵門打不開，就等值班人員回來開。要提前退房會有人辦理，也可以提前先跟櫃檯說。 4.房價便宜，離海灘很近。懶得走路搭摩托車下去只要20peso。

奇怪德國老闆

整體良好，唯獨酒店德國男老闆定下奇怪規則，不容許住客於露台晾曬衣物。借毛巾亦規限住客每天只可借一次，和要住客自行清洗。酒店菲藉員工服務態度很友善熱心，替客人介紹租借電單車的地方。
