The place was really dirty. The do have a kitchen and washer/dryer but it was all dirty. We found a broom outside to sweep our room ourselves Bec there was so much filth on the floor. The bed was comfortable, and we had a shower which is mostly all we needed. But there was little effort out in to maintain this property

The beds were hard, and the toilet was extremely low but the room was clean and the property was beautiful with all the flowers and decor. We booked in Expedia and it said our dogs were free, but that was not the case. We explained that and they did give us a discount, but it was an extra unexpected fee. That should be updated in Expedia. Panguitch is a beautiful place!

Property ok but dated very limited amenities too small bars of soap no body wash no shampoo. No wash cloths or Kleenex. I reserved a room with two double beds given room with only one bed. My grandson was to be with me had to make other arrangements. There was a miss communication between the motel and Expedia.

I am not sure why this hotel has low ratings. It is a very good hotel for couples or families. I would reduce just one point because the bathroom structure feels a bit old-style, but it is clean and neat. The room furniture, bed cleanliness, and coziness are top-notch. The service is also nice. I would surely recommend this hotel!

I’m not sure how to describe how gross this hotel felt. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy but our room was so run down and dirty. There wasn’t a garbage can anywhere in the room or bathroom. There were piles of dirt on the floor. The sheets had gross stains. The top blanket had holes all over it. It was all so out dated. The shared kitchen was useful for the ice and sink but it was so dirty. There was garbage and dirt all over the floor. The property itself was also covered in trash and weird piles of junk lying around. The staff I interacted with was friendly and helpful but I would have to be pretty desperate to ever return to this hotel. Ive stayed in cheap hostels in developing countries that were much cleaner.

Don’t stay here unless you would like to see how things were built in the 40’s. Which feels like the last time this place was maintained. I couldn’t tell if the abrasive sand on the sheets came from my feet or were left from housekeeping. We reserved and paid through Expedia but when we arrived at 6 pm, the clerk knew nothing about it and the room still needed to be cleaned. The thing one puts luggage on was made of wood and was broken. There was a coffee pot and cups but no coffee. No wash clothes. When daylight came I could see 3/4 inches of light coming under the entry door; the rubber on the sweep was missing. The bathroom door wouldn’t latch. Enough.

I booked two rooms, one for my husband and I and one for our daughter and son in law. Their room was filthy. Dirty sheets, dirty window sills, bugs on the floor, and a bottle cap left on the window sill. I don't think it has been used or cleaned in a long time. Our room was better, but the window sill was also dirty. It is very outdated, a lot of patchwork painting on the walls. The refrigerator worked good though. And so did the television. I asked the owner to please change the sheets, which she did. She made the excuse that it was stained not dirty. Not acceptable though
