Cabin was comfortable with everything we needed for a great winter vacation. Plenty of space, well equipped kitchen, TVs, fireplace and washer/dryer. Highly recommend.
We really enjoyed our stay. It was a bit further from the Brian Head Ski Resort than we anticipated but we loved our stay. Beautiful location and the kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.
Beautiful perfect stay!!! The property was EXTREMELY clean and everything looked brand new. The cabin was very comfortable and had everything that we needed for cooking.
Great out of the way location for this cabin. We loved our few days in this awesome location. A little difficult to find the street but totally worth it.
Perfect house for family of ,. 2 adults and 2 teens. Close enough to Bryce Canyon and Zion Canyon for day trips out. Cabin is very clean, beds comfortable and has all you need.
Great property! Had everything that we needed. Very clean and comfortable. The kids (ages 14 and 12) really enjoyed this vacation. We loved the location close to Panguitch Lake for fishing, plus the National Parks and Brian Head - plenty of things to do. The altitude was a challenge for a couple of us for the first day or two, but we adjusted. Would definitely stay here again.
The cabin is in a very good location and you have plenty of privacy. The only negative was the propane tank, went empty or there was a problem with the supply to the oven. Therefore we checked out a day earlier
The location is beautiful. The house was clean, with bare minimum of supplies, make sure you bring everything you need to prepare meals. There is only one bath. The listing was vague and lead to believe there were 2 showers.
Very nice cabin. Well kept and clean. Comfortable. The outside needs better care. There is A LOT of bird poo on the outside table. We swept the stairs and deck and the grill had trash and actual burnt logs in it. Would stay here again.

Panguitch Lake Cabin
Nice cabin but far from nearest town (Panguitch, Utah). and tourist attractions.Wanted to bring to management or owner a few safety issues we noticed. First stair from landing leading upstairs is loose, motion sensor light at bottom of stairs is not working. Also, amenities said there was a hair dryer in cabin but there was not. Beautiful area.
Property looks beautiful, we hope to utilize in the future. However, we didn't end up staying there because some of our party had travel problems and we did not need the rooms. I sent an email to inform and asked for a concession on the cleaning fee since we did not end up staying in the cabin but received no response.
I wish I could give this cabin a better rating. This cabin location and space was very nice. The unfortunate issues we had started at the beginning of check in. The front door appeared to be damaged giving anyone who stayed inside the inability to lock the door to provide safety of my family and belongings. Also when we arrived the back door was open giving the appearance that security was not a high priority. The worst part of this was the water inside the cabin. We found this issue the first 2 hours of our stay. Any use of the sink, shower, toilet of any location in this home created a flood in the main bathroom through the toilet. My only guess was the septic tank was full. The property management team was unresponsive to our emails and phone calls due to their 9-5 business hours Monday-Friday. The next morning my family and I packed out belongings and left due to no water we could use and the lack of communication from the company. After our stay I contacted this company with all manner of photos and documents to help resolve our experience and help with the issues. I have yet to have anyone respond back to our experience with some form of resolution. The only communication is via text with minimal hope. This company has my contact information via emails and phone text (only form of communication they will respond to) in order to make this right. I have never had this experience with any home I have rented from VRBO through out the years.
All are good except trash removal.
We got an email "Your checkout is at 11am. For checkout all you'll need to do is wash the dishes and take the trash to dumpsters on north end of the lake just past boat rental, approx. 2 miles."
You charged us for the cleaning fee, but we had to take out the trash and dispose it TWO miles away. It would have been better, if you provide nearby dumpster.
There are motion activated lights on the stairs but do not work. Slipped a few times at night. Also, the smoke alarm chirped our entire visit. Other than those issues, the property is lovely and spacious.
My family really enjoyed our stay in this cabin! There is plenty of room to spread out, lots of seating for everyone including three tables to dine at and a porch swing to enjoy the cool morning and evening mountain air. We loved that the location is off the main road and feels more private than many of the other cabins. The kitchen was equipped with a good array of cooking ware, mixing bowls, a griddle, etc. I would suggest including more kitchen towels and some disinfectant spray for cleaning countertops, as well as extra garbage bags (only one was supplied - luckily we had brought more) and maybe at least a couple laundry detergent pods (there was only one). We also ended up buying liquid hand soap as we didn't care for the mini hotel-sized bars that were supplied. There were no sheets or bedding provided for the pullout couch beds so we had to remove some of the bedding from the bunk beds to share with our family members who slept on the pullouts. The description for the cabin is incorrect where it states that there is air conditioning. It was very warm when we arrived and when we called the management company to ask how to turn on the ac, they told us the listing was wrong and there is no ac. The upstairs rooms got especially warm and we ended up buying some oscillating room fans to try to help cool things off. That sounds like a lot of complaining but we did have a very enjoyable time and really liked the cabin. Just wanted to point out those few drawbacks that could be easily fixed or to help future guests know what to expect.
