“This was a greats find, but they are new and still working out the kinks. The main bathroom and second bedroom door do not close, this isn’t a huge deal, but the on-suite bathroom shower had no pressure. After a long day of travel, this was so disappointing. “This house has been really nicely done and was perfect for our one night stay. The neighborhood felt a bit sketchy and perhaps this is why it's so reasonably-priced, but it was quiet and we had no issues. And it was less than 10 minutes to the Big Texan. The front and back yards are fenced, creating two safe spaces for our dog. Alek was super responsive when I had a couple of questions. Importantly, it was wonderfully clean. ”

“Views like crazy! This home has it all. Views, space, peace & quiet - lots of seating and comfy beds. The kitchen is well-stocked and spacious. Loved the ping pong table in the garage. :-) Very convenient to Palo Duro Canyon State Park and the town of Canyon for shopping on the square and getting groceries. We loved it and just stared out the window most of the time. Incredible.Thank you for allowing us to book this wonderful home.”

“The Cottonwood was perfect for our son and his groomsmen. The cabin is spacious and was extremely comfortable for everyone. The proximity to Sad Monkey and the Mack Dick Pavilion was perfect as well. Tracy and her family are some of the best people we have rented from and we would readily do it again!”
