“Booked this because it's recommended by lonely planet. Welcoming staff recommending activities nearby. Notice board showing new information about sightseeing. Clear room, wash rooms and kitchen. Spacious double room with 1 queens bed and 1 twins bed. 5 mins walk to a street filed with restaurants. Just a bit far from the famous tourist attraction, as a compensation of the lower price. Highly recommended!”

However they didn't try our email or to contact us via Hotels.com even though we had paid in full in advance. So it took 1.5hrs to get into our room. However, their rep at the hotel was amazing - very calm, patient and considerate and could not have done more for us. Once we had access, our room was really lovely, clean, airy and well-furnished. Sehr gut ist die Idee, warme Speisen beim Frühstück nach Wunsch aus dem Menü zu bestellen, allerdings ist der Service etwas unterbesetzt, so dass das Buffet nicht rechtzeitig aufgefüllt wird und sich längere Wartezeiten ergeben. Das Personal ist dabei aber sehr nett und die vorhandene Auswahl groß und von guter Qualität.”
