「Very polite and helpful staff very clean and tidy general areas and the rooms were immaculate some furniture looked a little dated but certainly were not damaged in any way and still very servicable I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.」

「The room was big and spacious, with a nice, large bathroom. The room itself was fairly clean but still showed areas where care was lacking. The spa costs are crazy: £120 to use the pool for 2 days!! The overall feel is tied, and it felt like all they wanted was to get more money out of you. I understand that extras cost more, but they are above Four Seasons prices, and the extras are nothing special. Feel very disappointed, as friends stayed in other hotels in the area and they were very good.」
